    Send a private registration link. Guests add their details, travelling party and signature for reception to review.

    Check in at reception or a configured kiosk. With a supported, tested lock connection, issue a timed door code.

A few useful things to know about getting started.

Do we have to replace our existing PMS?

No. Ehflo can work alongside Godo or provide your hotel’s own calendar and booking page. Mews is available for demo evaluation only; other connections are planned. We confirm compatibility before rollout.

Can each hotel choose different modules?

Yes. One platform supports property-specific modules and staff permissions. We will walk through which areas your team needs and what should be enabled for your property.

Do guests need to download an app?

No. Guests open a private link in their browser to register, message reception and use the services enabled by the hotel.

Does Ehflo take payments from guests?

Guest card processing is not currently available in Ehflo. Hotels record payments taken through their own terminal, cash or bank. The hotel’s Ehflo subscription is separate.

What will we see in the demo?

A guided walkthrough of Reykjavík Demo Hotel using fictional data: the dashboard, a booking, housekeeping and guest services. We will also discuss your PMS, locks, team and rollout requirements.
