Smart access · supported locks
Give guests a timed room code through their private stay link. Authorized staff can manage access and follow door activity from Ehflo. Availability depends on the lock model, online connection and a successful setup check.
Check your lock compatibility
Tell us your lock brand and exact model before buying or connecting hardware. We will confirm which features your hotel can use. Discuss your locks with Ehflo → Hotels using physical keys can still use Ehflo for daily operations.
Guest communication
Send booking confirmations, registration links and stay emails under your hotel’s sender name. Follow messages and requests with the guest and room attached, so reception has the context it needs.
Subscriptions and guest payments
Your hotel’s Ehflo subscription is separate from guest payments. Subscription billing is currently in test mode. Ehflo does not process guest cards; record payments collected through your own terminal, cash or bank.
Other hotel systems · planned
Cloudbeds, Apaleo and channel managers such as Channex are planned, not currently available. Tell us what your property uses so we can discuss the right starting point. Without a connected PMS, you can use Ehflo’s own calendar and booking page.
